Order Processing
Once your payment has been fully confirmed, we will start preparing your goods within 1–2 business days. Processing does not take place on weekends or official public holidays. Our team carefully inspects all mini dresses, blouses, coats and skirts before dispatch to check fabric condition, stitching and overall appearance. After your parcel is handed over to the courier, a tracking link will be sent to seolyg@outlook.com and your registered email address so you can monitor shipment progress online.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
All delivery times are estimated starting from the shipment date. Delays may occasionally happen due to courier backlogs, bad weather or local sorting schedules, which are outside our control.
- Standard Shipping：11–19 business days
- Expedited Shipping：6–10 business days Free standard shipping is available on orders that meet our minimum spending requirement. Final delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping and Customs Notice
seolyg delivers parcels to most countries worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or clearance fees charged by local customs authorities. These extra costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We cannot predict the amount of customs charges, and we do not cover these expenses.
Parcel Issues After Shipment
If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first check with nearby neighbours or local courier depot. Contact us via seolyg@outlook.com within 14 days after the marked delivery date for further investigation. For damaged or incomplete items on arrival, you need to submit clear photos of the outer packaging and goods within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will review your case and provide a proper solution in accordance with our regulations.
